Corrections policy

When material errors are reported, we review and publish corrections in map changelogs.

• Issue reports are triaged in queue order, with source-backed reports prioritized.
• Substantive fixes are logged in the map changelog with timestamped updates.
• Broken links and citation quality issues are treated as trust-impacting defects.
